Peter W. Gabra is an associate at Habba Madaio & Associates, LLP, where he focuses on all aspects of litigation, including commercial, estate, contract, family and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Habba Madaio, Peter was previously associated with Foss, San Filippo & Milne, LLC and he represented clients in contested litigation matters. Peter was also a law clerk to The Honorable Thomas J. Walls, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey where he worked on both civil and family litigation matters and helped mediate special civil and landlord-tenant cases.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, and earned his Juris Doctorate Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Peter was an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal, and participated in the Fordham Immigrant Rights Clinic, where he provided legal representation to individuals facing deportation before the Immigration Court. Peter is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
