Caroline was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. Caroline is an Associate with the Firm, where she focuses on transactional matters, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Caroline worked as a paralegal in a Northern New Jersey tax and estates firm, handling planning, administration, and litigation. During law school, Caroline clerked for a personal injury firm. She was named as Schildkraut Scholar for Appellate Advocacy in her third year of law school, served on the Moot Court Board, and was a student volunteer with the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project. Upon graduation from law school, Caroline clerked for the Honorable John H. Pursel, J.S.C. and the Honorable Fred H. Kumpf, J.S.C. of the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. She then served as an Associate with a prominent personal injury firm where she represented clients at arbitration and trial. She was then associated with a boutique litigation firm where she represented the interests of financial services companies in contested litigation matters, along with commercial real estate lenders. Caroline is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, and is admitted in the Federal Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
